Job Description

Account Executive 
Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
Sales & Purchase entry in Tally ERP.MIS & financial reporting as required on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
Prepare/Manage/Monitor GST returns/refunds/payments.Reconcile bank statements.
Submission/ filing of monthly tax reports/ returns (TDS, Service Tax, PF, PT, IT& VAT) manually/ online.
Attend and face internal and external audits, inspections.
Maintain in a timely manner all journal records/documents/ invoices etc. as required by law/ management.
Maintain books of accounts as required under the law.
Coordinate with related departments.
