Job Description
We are seeking an Account Executive to manage daily accounting tasks, billing, and financial records with accuracy and timeliness.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain day-to-day accounts and ledgers.

Handle GST, TDS, and invoice preparation.

Assist in monthly closing and reports.
Requirements:
-
B.Com/M.Com or equivalent qualification.

Knowledge of Tally or accounting software.
-
1+ years of accounting experience preferred.
Technical Skills:
-
Proficiency in Tally ERP, Zoho Books, or other accounting software
-
Strong command over MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formatting, Data Validation)

Knowledge of GST, TDS, journal entries, and bank reconciliation

Ability to generate and interpret financial reports (PL, balance sheet, cash flow)
Soft Skills:

High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Good numerical and analytical skills

Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines

Professional communication and documentation ability
