Job Description
Job Summary:
An Account Executive is responsible for handling financial transactions, bookkeeping, invoicing, and tax compliance. They ensure accurate financial records, assist in audits, and support the finance team in budgeting, payroll processing, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Do the Bank reconciliation Work on a regular basis.
- Do the all PDCs Cheques entry on time in the System when you received those PDCs.·
- Take payment follow-ups for Overdue/Bounced Cheques/NEFT Stockist.
- Provide backend Support to Marketing team for Unlock Stockist Code, Increase the Credit Limit of Stockist etc.·
- Follow the Company Guidelines for Increase the Credit Limit/Unlocked the Billing Code.
- Maintain the file of Credit Limit, Bounce Cheques file etc..
- Provide Sales report and Outstanding to Marketing team on weekly and Monthly basis.
- Make deposit cheques ready before the Deposit Day and timely Deposit it.
- Do the Legal process for Default Stockist.
✅ Key Skills:
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP), taxation, and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or other accounting software.
- Attention to detail, analytical skills, and numerical accuracy.
- Good Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial modeling) and MS Office skills.
