Job Description

This is account executive - Voice support job. 
Language: English+ Hindi
Rotational day shift
6 Days working
30 days training will be provided with stipend 11000/- Post training period salary upto 15K for initial 6 months after that 20K. 
Interview: In person.

Handle customer queries and provide prompt and accurate resolution
Ensure high customer satisfaction through excellent customer service
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
