Job Description

Job Summary: Safelift is seeking an experienced Account Head to manage the overall financial health of the company. This role involves overseeing accounting functions, ensuring accuracy in financial reports, and maintaining compliance with industry regulations. You will also be responsible for leading a team of accountants.

Key Responsibilities: 
 Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial records. 
 Prepare financial statements, budgets, and tax filings. 
 Monitor accounts payable/receivable and manage payroll. 
 Lead and manage the accounting team, setting performance targets. 
 Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies. 
 Coordinate audits and work with external auditors when needed.

Required Qualifications and Skills: 
 Graduation in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 
 10-15 Years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 10 years in a leadership role. 
 Strong understanding of financial reporting, accounting principles, and tax regulations.
