Job Description
● Face to Face interaction with the store managers of high-end fashion brands for In-store visibility (QR codes, Posters, Table Top)

Developing
out-of-the-box strategies and sales pitches. Iterate and reiterate the pitch
and to ensure maximum conversions
● Maintaining and building a strong relationship with the store managers
● Meeting agreed targets for instore visibility and promoting the organisations presence as much as possible
● Distribute marketing materials and ensure correct placement of the branding material at every store
● Periodic store audits to ensure magicpin is getting enough visibility through branding
● Closely monitor the outcome of the activity by tracking the number of vouchers sold at every store
● Escalate real-time operational challenges as told by the store managers
● Being the face of magicpin in the market and standing up for values we believe in
Skill(s) Required:
Superpowers we’re looking for:
● Target oriented and must have a proven track record of exceeding targets
● Quick learner
● Graduates with Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales
● Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and organisation skills
● Ability to balance persuasion with professionalism
● Basics of MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, Google sheets
● Creative thinking! We’re looking for people who can think on their feet, come up with innovative solutions and execute them to complete the loop
● Being confident, positive, and highly motivated
