Job Description

Designation: Account Management Intern

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Owning up the B2B accounts and making sure the client is having weekly/monthly access to the reporting to understand the impact
2. Providing overall support to the clients by ensuring that all queries & concerns however they come in (phone and email) are addressed quickly & efficiently
3. Designing and executing programs (online or offline) to increase engagement among B2B clientele
4. Arranging for all logistical things required for smooth functioning of various B2B accounts
