Job Description
We are seeking dynamic and result-oriented Account Managers to join our Cloud Consulting Sales team. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales acumen, a hunter mindset, and the ability to build and manage long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets to drive business growth in the assigned territory or vertical.
Identify prospects, generate leads, and close sales deals independently.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to enable cross-selling opportunities.
Effectively articulate and evangelize the value of hybrid cloud IT solutions in the current market.
Demonstrate a hunter sales mentality with proven experience in prospecting and pipeline building.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (including OEMs and customers) to achieve business objectives.
Create and deliver impactful sales presentations and proposals using MS PowerPoint and Excel.
Stay updated with the latest cloud service models, industry trends, and market developments.
Represent the company with professionalism and maintain a high level of credibility.
Minimum 3 years of experience in consultative sales, preferably in Cloud/IT services.
Proven track record of handling and achieving an annual sales target of INR 3 – 5 Cr.
Graduate degree in B.Tech / B.Sc. or equivalent work experience (technical background preferred).
Prior experience in lead generation with proficiency in using lead generation tools.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Strong presentation skills with the ability to engage and influence clients.
Proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented with the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Experience in handling SMB, Startup, or Mid-Market segment customers is desirable.
