Responsibilities –
  • Responsible for all the phases of cross sales process, proactively contacting customers with existing contracts, generating  quotes, ensuring sales  are complete
  • Contacting  and maintaining a good relationship with the customers regularly throughout the year
  • Maintaining high customer retention rates through the development of strong relationships with them
  • Effectively communicating with external customers regarding renewal enquiries
  • Interacting with other departments to meet and deliver customer requirements
  • Leveraging the Cross Sell activity to promote incremental product sales

  • Avg. No. of  Sales
  • No. of  Sales at full price
