- Job Location-Delhi
- Salary range:Rs 25,000 to Rs 35,000
- Experience: BPO Experience/ Fresher with good comm skills
- Skill Set: Good Communication Skills and graduate candidate

- Please Note: Designation will be an account manager and they will support the sales team
- To call up and receive customers calls for any kind of query /follows up required for the booking process.
- To provide L1 support to the students and address their immediate queries.
- To follow up on various aspects regarding documents, payments and other required details from the students.
- To update and maintain internal records.
- To write emails, respond to chat queries and answer inbound calls from Indian and international students.
- 1-3 years as a call centre / BPO advisor serving international customers.
- Good verbal and written communication skills with a neutral accent.
- Ability to grasp the process and follow it
- Please note this will be rotational shifts and cab facility will be there only for candidates who will suppose to work after 7:00 PM.
- It is 6 days working.
