The ideal candidate will need to play an integral role in the brands they are involved with, both to coordinate and ideate on the projects between the agency and the brand to ensure the goals of the brand align with the ideation and execution of the agency.
Job Description
1. Working with the creative director and the creative team to come up with timelines and pipeline structure for any project to keep the project life cycle on track according to the companies commitments to their clients.
2. Client interface will be expected to be able to pitch forward ideas and creatives to clients and convince them of ideas and strategies the agency may suggest.
3. Vendor management and resource allocation to projects based on the need and requirement.
4. Presentation structure and flow for all presentations made by the agency to their clients.
5. Research – To be able to take up initial research for upcoming projects to help structure the team's time and give the team a more concise direction in the form of a more detailed brief.
6. Ideation – to take an active part in contributing to ideas and brainstorming towards the initial phases of a project.
7. Software skills & know-how of Keynote / Powerpoint / Word / Google Suite.
8. Being open to learning and exposure to a variety of creative projects.
9. Maintain an understanding of the design latest trends and their role within a commercial environment and being able to inspire the creative team through fortnightly creative sessions.
10. Good written English.
