Job Description

Budgeting (Fund Allocation, Provision)

Finalization of CA/CL (Balance Sheet), P&L, Trial Balance and MIS

Analysis for WIP, P&L, Cash Flow Net CA/CL, and Measurement Books H Vendor and Sub-contractor Bills verification

& Quantity Recoxzcitiatioxis, & Worlcizxe in SAP

Position Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Account Manager to oversee the accounting operations, ensure financial accuracy, and manage a team of accountants. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, compliance, and accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Management & Reporting:

Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and balance sheets.
Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS).
Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and financial planning.

2. Accounts Payable & Receivable:

Supervise billing, invoicing, and collections processes.
Oversee vendor payments and expense management.
Maintain accurate records of receivables and payables.

3. Taxation & Compliance:

Ensure compliance with tax regulations (GST, VAT, income tax, etc.).
Prepare tax returns, audits, and statutory filings.
Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.

4. Team Management & Supervision:

Lead and mentor a team of accountants and finance professionals.
Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure timely completion of work.
Provide training and development opportunities for the accounting team.

5. Internal Controls & Process Improvement:

Implement and maintain strong internal controls.
Identify areas for process improvement and automation.
Reduce financial risks and inefficiencies.
