We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met, and driving business growth. This role involves managing client accounts, identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:-
Client Relationship Management:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients.

Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.

Account Growth & Retention:

Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services.

Ensure client satisfaction to drive renewals and long-term partnerships.

Track account performance and provide reports on key metrics.

Coordination & Collaboration:

Coordinate with finance for billing and contract management.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
