*Follow up with MNC,large Indian & Govt. priority customers for collection of outstanding payments
*Handling customer queries / issues
*Hands on experience in managing receivables processes
*Manage customer / client relations
*Escalate Issue timely.
*Basic knowledge of MS Excel (Vlookup, Pivot table etc)
*Good Communication Skills
*Learning attitude
