Job Description
Dwarka Jewel is seeking a skilled Accountant / Accounts Executive to join our team. This in-office role within the Accounting & Taxation category requires a detail-oriented professional to manage financial transactions, ensure compliance, and contribute to the overall financial health of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including posting and processing journal entries to ensure all transactions are recorded.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and reconciliations.
- Handle GST and TDS compliance, ensuring accurate and timely filings.
- Maintain and update financial records using Tally ERP and other accounting software.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
Skills and Qualifications
Core Skills:
- Proficiency in Tally ERP for accounting and financial management.
- Strong understanding of taxation principles and regulations.
- Solid knowledge of GST (Goods and Services Tax) compliance.
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Experience with TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) compliance.
Soft Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience and Expectations
- Eligibility: Candidates from all educational backgrounds are welcome, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
