Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant Admin to manage financial transactions, bookkeeping, and office administration. The ideal candidate should have experience in accounting software, financial reporting, and general office management.
Key Responsibilities
1️⃣ Accounting & Financial Management
✅ Maintain day-to-day bookkeeping & ledger accounts.
✅ Prepare invoices, receipts, and financial statements.
✅ Process accounts payable & receivable, bank reconciliations.
✅ Ensure compliance with tax regulations (GST, TDS, etc.).
2️⃣ Payroll & Expense Management
✅ Process employee salaries, PF, ESI, and tax deductions.
✅ Maintain petty cash & office expenses.
✅ Monitor and control budget allocations & financial planning.
3️⃣ Administrative Support & Office Management
✅ Handle office correspondence, documentation, and filing.
✅ Maintain employee records & assist in HR-related activities.
✅ Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
4️⃣ Compliance & Reporting
✅ Prepare monthly, quarterly & annual financial reports.
✅ Assist in audits and financial forecasting.
✅ Maintain company records, licenses, and statutory documents.
