Job Title: Accountant and USA Calling Representative

Location: Sainikpuri, Hyderabad
Job Type: Full-time (Onsite)
Working Hours: 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM CST

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accountant and USA Calling Representative to handle financial transactions, prepare reports, and provide customer support for our USA-based clients. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting skills, excellent communication abilities, and prior experience in customer service or telecalling.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation.
Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets.
Process invoices, payments, and reconcile accounts.
Monitor accounts payable and receivable.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

USA Calling Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients/customers in the USA.
Handle inbound inquiries and provide necessary assistance.
Maintain and update customer records in CRM software.
Address customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a professional tone.
Work efficiently within the CST time zone (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST).

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
Prior experience in accounting and/or customer service roles.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Excel.
Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written).
Ability to work in USA business hours (CST time zone).
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications: (Not Mandatory)

Experience in a USA-based process or international calling.
Prior experience handling accounts payable/receivable for US clients.
