Accountant Assistant Jobs in Bangalore - Handzap Software Private Limited

We are looking for an experienced and talented Accountant Associate who has solid experience in handling various accounting and reconciliation process detailed below, exception handling, has a solid knowledge about tax & compliance and ability to work with various stakeholders. 

  What You Will Do:

• Month-end closing activities which includes Accruals, accounting entries and reconciliations.
• Preparation of management P&L and reconciliations with Financials. 
• Variance analysis of actuals vs budget. 
• Work closely with the business teams for ad-hoc requirements. 
• Work on various ad-hoc audit functions related requirement for what is being managed. 
• Preparation and Maintenance of MIS Reporting.

• Bachelor/Master’s degree in Finance/Accounting (CA articles experience will be preferred.
• 0 to 2+ years of Financial Operations Experience. 
• Proficiency in Excel, Database Applications and other analysis tools. 
• Superior attention to detail and the ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously. 
• Excellent organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines 
• Ability to communicate and work with a wide range of groups, including Technology, Product Management, Operations, Accounting, internal audit and external organizations. 
• Ability to comfortably work in cross-functional teams 
• Ability to understand commercial arrangements, tracking accounts payable/receivable, keeping tab of invoice processing and provide MIS on a monthly basis.
