About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant cum Administration staff to manage day-to-day accounts, vendor payments, tenant billing, and general administrative activities at our shopping mall. The role requires good knowledge of accounting, coordination skills, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:Accounting:

Maintain day-to-day accounts and financial records (using Tally/ERP or similar software).

Prepare tenant rent invoices, common area maintenance (CAM) bills, and follow-up for collections.

Manage vendor payments, petty cash, and bank reconciliations.

Assist in GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.

Support monthly and annual financial reporting.
Administration:

Coordinate with tenants, vendors, and service providers for smooth operations.

Handle office documentation, agreements, and filing.

Manage staff attendance, payroll coordination, and HR-related paperwork.

Support mall management in event coordination, reporting, and day-to-day operations.

Ensure proper record-keeping and communication between departments.

Graduate in Commerce / BBA / MBA or related field.

2–5 years of experience in accounting or administration (experience in real estate/retail/hospitality preferred).

Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and basic accounting principles.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
