Accountant/Executive Job in Aadhi Granites at Erode

Job Title: Accountant, Executive

Responsibilities:

• Primary Responsibility is to enter Sales, Purchase Bills, Expenses, Cash Payments, etc undefined software system

• Facilitate and complete monthly close procedures

• Prepare monthly account reconciliations

• Prepare GST, TDS data and work with respective Auditor in filing

• Liaison with the Tax department and provide required documents for GST refunds

• Assist with financial and tax audits

• Record PF, ESI amount by coordinating with the HR team

• Liaison with Bank professional to complete BRC on time

• Assist in documentation and monitoring of internal controls

• Other projects as assigned
Required Skills & Qualities

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Accounting or Finance

• Strong Understanding of accounting theory

• 3+ years accounting/finance experience; CPA a plus, but not required

• Proficiency is Tally ERP 9 is must

• Highly detail-oriented and organised in work

• Ability to meet assigned timelines

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service focus

• Identify process improvement areas and implement Process and work instructions to maximise productivity

• Ability to act and operate independently with minimal daily direction from manager to accomplish objectives

• Proficiency with email and Microsoft applications

• Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management and external agencies to maximise performance, problem solving and results.
