Job Description

Job Title : Accounts Executive.
Experience: 2–4 Years
Qualification: B.Com
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.

Handle Tally Prime for accounting and bookkeeping.

Prepare and maintain sales and purchase invoices.

Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.

Maintain customer and vendor ledgers.

Perform Bank Reconciliation and cash/bank entries.

Handle GST-related accounting and documentation.

Assist in GST returns, TDS, and other statutory compliances.

Prepare monthly reports, MIS, and other financial statements.

Maintain proper documentation of vouchers, invoices, receipts, and payments.

Monitor outstanding payments and coordinate with customers/vendors.

Reconcile ledgers and resolve discrepancies.

Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.

Coordinate with auditors and provide required financial documents.

Ensure accuracy and timely completion of accounting activities.

Experience in a manufacturing / industrial organization will be an added advantage.
