Job Description
Follow-up with Clients:
- Contact clients to follow up on unpaid bills and ensure timely payments.
- Maintain professional communication to resolve any payment discrepancies or issues.
Monthly Invoice Creation:
- Generate accurate invoices for clients on a monthly basis.
- Ensure invoices are delivered promptly and contain all necessary details.
- Provide support during audits and financial inspections.
Bookkeeping:
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of financial transactions.
- Monitor accounts receivable and ensure accuracy in financial documentation.
- Manage and maintain financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, invoices, and bank statements.
Tally Software Proficiency:
- Utilize Tally software for efficient bookkeeping and financial management.
- Knowledge of Tally would be advantageous
