Job Description
• Booking purchase bills.
• Preparing open GRIR Report and sending to concern department for bill submission
• Making payment Entries and releasing Payments on a weekly basis.
• Preparing bank reconciliation statement.
• Preparing open advances reports and sending to concern department for closure.
• Bank related activity: Depositing cheques / RTGS letters
• Co-ordinating with auditors and preparing required data/Documentation.
• Contributing to month end closing activity – Preparing expense provision etc.
• Vendor reconciliation & getting periodically balance confirmation.
• Preparing creditors Ageing Reports.
