Job Description
Invoice generation in SAP and as per Customer Order.
□ Planning shipment according to customer requirements and dispatching materials
on time.
□ Planning export shipments and dispatch.
□ Special vehicle planning & execution.
□ Preparation of export invoice and sending to CHA for checklist, approval of
shipping bill, Handling Cross trade shipments.
□ Domestic invoice generation in SAP and its e-way bill.
□ Sending mail to the customer after the next day of dispatch with invoice and LR details
and receiving confirmation from the customer of the received material, monitoring the
dispatch till it reaches the customer.
□ Planning Special vehicles.
