Job Description
- Responsible for Finalization of Accounts, Preparation and Managing of Business Plan & Financial Budgeting, Preparation of Quarterly / Annual Financial Statement.
- Responsible for all Operational F&A activities including Accounts Payable, Statutory Compliance, Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, MIS Budgeting, Maintaining books of Accounts as per defined accounting norms & knowledge on Direct & Indirect taxes
- Ensure Statutory Compliances and Audit Compliances for all accounting related transactions.
- Identifying opportunities for saving cost, managing cash flows to minimize finance cost.
- Liaison with Auditors and Statutory bodies.
- Ensure proper maintenance & due diligence of all financial ledgers & transactions for the day-to-day operations for the malls.
- Analyzing and developing Tax saving opportunities. Maintain Tax discipline.
- Analyzing and evaluating ongoing Business performance.
- Designing / Operating Internal Control Systems.
- Ensuring that the assets of the company are properly insured and risks minimized.
- Generating various MIS Reports (from SAP) to facilitate Management Decision.
- Coordination with Heads of Departments for timely and accurate reporting of performance.
