Job Description
Understand client billing and payment system and to compile a consolidated report log for the client mentioning detailed comments for each of the issues.
Audit and analyze payments received from the clients.
Finding out reasons for any discrepancy regarding overpayment/short payment from grassroots level Application of payment received from the client into accounting system/software against respective invoices Preparation of data for external auditors
Work closely with India Account Manager and US Account Manager and assist with the data required by them.
Management and Coordination to get the daily task done in timely.
To handle all responsibilities for Account Receivable
Manage payment schedules for different client Payment reminder & follow-up with clients and pPrepare MIS Reports
