Accountant Job in UMAC at Bangalore

Candidates should be able to handle the following responsibilities and roles:

• Preparation of Payments / Receipt / Vouchers
  
• Journal entries / posting in Books / Tally on a daily basis
  
• Accounting of Service Bills in Accounting System.
  
• Weekly tally of physical cash Balance with Books 
  
• Monthly reconciliation of Bank Accounts
  
• Generate Trial Balance and Profit & Loss statement
  
• Preparation for filing of TDS and Service Tax for filing Quarterly / Annual / Statutory requirements
  
• Maintain files for all statutory payments/returns separately for TDS, Service Tax, Income Tax if any  
  
• Regular co-ordination with Auditors and provide necessary vouchers / files as required by them
  
• Going to Bank and other client / offices as and when required 
  
• Maintaining the physical records of all the documents
  
• Good Communication Skill.
