Job description

Responsible for all payments such as salaries, vendor payments, statutory liabilities, utilities, etc.
Responsible for Account Payable Receivable. Expenses/conveyance management their Payment. Books Management in Tally. Vouching.
Calculating and checking to make sure payments, amounts and records are correct.
Reviewing journal entries of to ensure accuracy
Finalization of Balance Sheet and maintenance of Profit Loss A/c, cash flow statements, etc.
Tax Management and Compliance - Responsible for payment and management of all taxation such as TDS, GST, etc.
Analysing complex financial reports and records
Other Corporate Taxation Law Compliance.
Working on EPF for monthly payment their compliance control.
Documenting and monitoring internal controls. Prepare Vendor reconciliation statement.
Making recommendations based on analysis and status of reserves, assets, and expenditures.
Prepare Bank reconciliation statement on daily basis.
