Job Description
Desired Candidate:
- We are looking for a candidate with experience/skill set in entries on quick books, tally, voucher entries,invoicing, banking, tax statement preparation, tax payments, preparing payroll, bank reconciliation,petty cash maintenance.
- Knowledge on book entry through quick books and tally.
- Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationship with Company Staff.
- Good communication skills. Good team player.
- A good Communicator with Self-Motivated.
- Take care of day-to- day accounts for the company.
- Do different transfers of funds to vendors and others as per the management order or by designated person.
- Preparation of Accounting Records, Financial Statements and Financial Reports.
- Handling vendor payments and keeping proper record of the same.
- Day to day accounting of Sales, Purchases, and Expenses.
- Handling Bank & Cash entries and reconciliation.
- Secretarial works and ensure accuracy in reporting.
- Internal audit.
- Monitor over all adherence to accounting guidelines and standards.
- Ensure accuracy of Balance Sheet and all financial reporting.
- Ensure timeliness and accuracy of organizations accounting policies and financial procedures.
- Summarizes financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss,and other statements.
- Prepares and records asset, liability, revenue, and expenses entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
- Preparation of Organizer Reports.
- Coordination with other departments.
- Experience: Minimum 6 months +.
- Education: Preferred degree from commerce and accountancy/ any other degrees with prominent skill set.
