Job Description
- Checking Bills, order forms, scheme enrolment
- Tally stock, cash and petty cash of the branch
- Verify stock clearance and stock verification in the software
- Work along with other departments for reconciliation of accounts
- Manage showroom related payable such as electricity, telephone, internet and newspaper bill
- Liaison with banks and manage the branch related bank transactions/activities
- Document and maintain all the receipts and invoices of all the branch transactions
- Prepare GST reports and submit to the corporate office
- Send daily/weekly/monthly account summary and updates to the corporate office
