Responsibilities would be:

Handling Direct and Indirect Taxation issues of the Company including GST implementation.
Bank Reconciliation, Cheques entry.
Creating invoices in Tally.
Trust Accounting duties research and make adjustments to GL items, including balance sheet accounts, accounts receivable, accounts payable and liability accounts.
Collecting KYC details of clients including GSTN and maintaining records.
Preparing agreements(if any) and getting it signed from different stakeholders to formalise relationship with client.
In case there is no GSTN for clients, coordinating with internal GST servicing team to get GSTN and complete the compliance procedures.
Coordinating and managing the logistics vendor to send the shipments on a timely manner case to case basis.
Maintaining the records of shipments and reconciliation of shipments for release of vendor payment.
Handling Petty cash.
Accounts Executive will do financial statement preparation and documentation, and assist in review and distribution of monthly reports.
Assists with audit compliance.
Should be good in Office Correspondences and Bank Correspondences.
Generating MIS Reports.
Managing office miscellaneous expenses and reimbursements.
Managing release of payments to vendors and employee salaries
