Job Description:
- AP Invoice Processing, emails handling & Exception handling.
- Accounts Payable Helpdesk Call / Query handling
- Sound knowledge in General accounting _ Journals & Accruals.
- Work with business operations, and other key stakeholders to generate requested reports.
- Payment Processing and Vendor Master Changes / Setup.
- Hands-on Payment Process
- SAP Payment runs
- Manual invoice processing, handling exceptions
- Vendor Master maintenance
- Vendor Reconciliations
- Processing/releasing hold invoices
- Guide the team in improvement projects and quality audits
- MIS reporting
- Payment run Perform/Review
- Ensuring delivery of transitioned process as per SLA
- Ensures team bonding
- Ensure full attendance of team
- Meeting SLA Targets
- Excellent oral and verbal communication skills
- Good in domain
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Should be flexible to work in night shifts
Qualification: BBA, BBM, BCS, B.Com, M.Com .
Notice Period: Immediate Joiners
Working Days: 5 Days
