Job Description
· Responsible for managing and maintaining the department’s paper and electronic filing systems in line with the Bank’s processes to enable efficient data management. · Assist in the approvals process of memos by ensuring that they are circulated in a timely manner. · Support the department by carrying out relevant procurement activities. · Support with coordinating the department’s Committee and meeting minutes. · Adhere to all company policies as well as guidelines · Responsible to handle all operational matters like voucher preparation, KYC related work, filing of papers, scanning, delivery of documents to other departments, maintaining delivery book etc and other miscellaneous work pertaining to department
