Job Description
· Manage all accounting transactions
· Publish financial statements in time
· Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
· Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
· Ensure timely bank payments
· Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
· Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
· Manage the filing of documents
· Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity
· Audit financial transactions and documents
· Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
· Experience of day to day all Accounting entries (Sales, Purchase, Journal), Bank reconciliation, E- Invoicing, E-Way Bill, Statutory Payment and Return like GST,TDS.
· Experience of Tally ERP 9 is must, MIS and good knowledge of MS office.
