Work closely with the Branch Operations Manager to ensure high levels of customer service are delivered and utilize their support to ensure smooth operation of the branch. Absolutely responsible for the performance of the Branch.

Responsible for managing assigned business activities, initiatives and related operations to achieve business plans and profitability of the branch.

We are looking for a talented Branch manager to assign and direct all work performed in the branch and to supervise all areas of operation.

You will drive business, manage staff, foster a positive environment, and ensure customer satisfaction and proper branch operation.

Desired Candidate Profile

Relevant demonstrated leadership experience in managing a hi-performance team with a sound understanding of key business drivers.

Candidate should have team handling skills.

Should be a team player and be a strong link between the clients and creative / Media department.
