Job Description
- Salary: 8000/Month
- We are hiring for experienced candidates for the post mentioned.
- Preparation of all accounting vouchers and posting of the same In Tally.ERP9.
- Stock Maintenance (IN/OUT)
- Compile, enter and post daily sales & monthly cost of sales adjusting journal entries
- Compile, enter and post monthly Inventory Transfer between the stores & reconcile, adjust & maintain the Inter Company Ledger accounts in Tally.ERP.9.
- Preparation of weekly cash flow statements & monthly payroll and related journal entries.
- Preparation of bank reconciliation statements every month In Tally.ERP.9.
- Making of supplier payments on time, accounting the invoices and reconciling the supplier accounts with supplier statements, reviewing supplier agreements, providing monthly accruals etc.
- Reconcile, adjust and maintain Balance Sheet accounts such as prepaid expense, Accrued Expenses, Supplier payables, payroll related payables etc.
- Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.
- Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
- Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
- Secures financial information by completing data base backups
- Qualification: B.COM
- Experience: 0 to 2 years
- Salary: 6000 to 10000 pm
- Location: Kolkata
- Computer Knowledge : Tally or Busy
