Job Description
- Day to today accounting in tally
- Daily Invoice booking & Invoice Printing, Checking of Invoices, Debtor List Preparation & coordination with Sales Managers for timely collections, Ensuring timely Receivable Reporting, Maintenance of Customer Database filing and updating of the same in tally
- Purchase Bill entries and Expenses entries in tally
- Maintaining Petty Cash
- Banking related work such as Cheque Deposits, Cash Deposit
- MIS Reporting Timely generation of various Stock Report, Debtors Report, Creditors Listing, Monthly function wise Profit and Loss Account
- Monthly Salary working
- Average understanding of various statutory compliances such as VAT, TDS, PF, ESI
- Other Skills Required - TALLY, Word, Excel and Email communication
