Job Description:
- Should have hands on experience in accounting software i.e. Tally ERP 9.0 under ‘Cost Centre’ concept (Quick Books will be preferred.)
- Should work on Micro Soft Word and Micro Spreadsheet
- Can communicate with overseas clients on e-mail / phone (in English language)
- Maintaining the documents and filling
- Accounting for purchase, sales, income, expenses and other transactions
- Secures financial information by completing database backups
- Handling all aspects of payroll including accurate calculations of base pay and incentives, proper accounting of payments and timely issuance of payroll
- Generating monthly, quarterly and annual MIS reports related to financial performance and financial status
- Monthly reconciliation reporting of debtors / creditors
- Have knowledge of T.D.S. & G.S.T.
- Having knowledge of E.P.F. / E.S.I. will be preferred
