Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Accounting activities such as banking, payment & receipts both cash and Cheque in Tally ERP 9.0.
2. Purchase bill checking and passing journal vouchers.
3. Compliance with Accounting Standards and other Norms.
4. Knowledge of Finalization of Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss or Income and Expenditure Accounts as per the case.
5. Knowledge of TDS deduction, TDS return, preparation of monthly chart of TDS and monthly E-payment for the same.
6. GST returns & Compliance.
7. Audit, Examination and Analysis of Invoices, Bills, Vouchers and Documents.
8. Preparation of Bank Receipts & Payments Report
9. Accounts, Ledgers and Bank Reconciliations as required. (Debtors, Creditors, Cash and Bank Recos.)
10. Preparation of various monthly invoices on a monthly basis
