Account Executive Job in Alphard Group at Andheri East, Andheri West, Bandra East, Mumbai

       Key Responsibilities:  

• To update Complete Vessel details  including on-going and completed vessel records considering the invoices, agreement, SG Database and the vessel status report from Ops 4 document
• To update status of Quotation, Invoices, Guardcon and MSO Agreement in the MIS sheet 
• To maintain MSO attendance records on a daily basis
• To update bank reconciliation statement
• To generate/update day-to-day accounting entries in Tally software
• To record, revise and update all Banking Transaction

• Thorough knowledge of basic accounting principles
• Should be enthusiastic and self-motivated
• Analytical and good with numbers
• Operational knowledge of accounting software- Tally ERP 9
