Job Description
Job Responsibility :
- Responsible for entering, maintaining and administering client data maintained in the database by activities like data cleansing activities, data validation, etc.
- Maintaining accurate client data on a full-time basis, including data and rate validation and providing management information as requested.
- Tasks performed will be based on key success factors including accuracy, quality, cost, timeliness, deadlines, effective communication and client service orientation
- Maintain confidentiality of all official and client information.
- Be a good team player, able to follow instructions, share knowledge and ideas for improvements, know when to escalate issues.
- Email query handling as and when required. Must be comfortable with UK /US Shift timings.
