Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage financial records, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, proficiency in accounting software, and the ability to handle multiple financial tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management & Reporting

Maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and reconciliations.
Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss reports.
Analyze financial data and provide insights for business decision-making.
Monitor company expenses, revenues, and budgets.

Accounts Payable & Receivable

Process invoices, payments, and bank transactions.
Manage accounts payable (vendor payments) and accounts receivable (customer payments).
Reconcile bank statements and ensure timely follow-ups on outstanding payments.

Taxation & Compliance

Prepare and file GST, TDS, VAT, and income tax returns as per regulations.
Ensure compliance with local and international financial laws and standards.
Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.

Payroll & Financial Operations

Process employee salaries, bonuses, and deductions.
Maintain payroll records and ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, etc.).
Assist in cost control, financial forecasting, and budgeting.

Software & Documentation

Use Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or other accounting software for financial management.
Maintain and organize financial documents, receipts, and reports.
Work closely with management to improve financial processes.
