Job Title: Site Accounts & Labour Documentation Executive
Company: ABG Elec ConsultantsLocation: Tamil Nadu (site work across South India)
About UsABG Elec Consultants is a 20‑year‑old EPC contractor specializing in electrical substation infrastructure for wind and solar projects throughout South India. We are currently executing a 220/33 kV new substation in Gadag district for a leading renewable‑energy client based in Bengaluru.
Role OverviewWe seek a motivated individual to handle site‑based accounting and labour documentation for our ongoing projects. The role involves preparing cash vouchers, compiling accounts reports, and maintaining all labour‑related records.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and process site cash vouchers and expense reports.- Maintain accurate books of accounts for project‑site transactions.- Manage labour documentation, including attendance, wage sheets, and statutory compliance.- Assist the project team in preparing monthly financial statements and budget monitoring.- Coordinate with the head office for timely reconciliation and reporting.
Desired Profile- Commerce graduate ((link unavailable) or equivalent).- Experience in site accounting/labour documentation: 1–3 years preferred; fresh graduates with strong interest are also welcome.- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic accounting software.- Good communication skills and ability to work on‑site.- Willingness to travel across South‑India project sites.
