Job Description

Job Title: Accountant
Location: Indore

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accountant to join our team at AdsPerClick, Indore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and assisting with general accounting tasks, including GST invoicing. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are eager to learn and grow in the field of accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers and journals.
Assist in the preparation of financial reports such as balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and tax returns.
Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
Process invoices, payments, and receipts.
Generate and manage GST invoices, ensuring compliance with GST regulations.
Monitor and track expenses and income to ensure the company’s financial health.
Assist with payroll processing and employee reimbursements.
Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and company policies.
Provide general administrative support to the finance department.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Freshers are welcome to apply).
Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial procedures.
Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally or QuickBooks is a plus).
Knowledge of GST invoicing and GST filing procedures.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
