Job Description

Selected Candidate should have sound knowledge of HR processing, Financial entries, Book keeping, TDS, knowledge of Tally, Audit and MIS reports, Purchase bill processing, Annual returns of ESI, Provident fund, and Workmen compensation other labour compliances.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and examine financial records

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards

Manage the general ledger and perform month-end close procedures

Prepare financial statements and reports

Reconcile account balances and bank statements

Assist with budget preparation and forecasting

Conduct internal audits and improve processes

Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits

Provide financial analysis and support for decision-making

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Strong understanding of accounting principles and standards

Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
