Job Description
Job Location: Naharlagun, Arunachal Pradesh
Annual CTC: 1,20,000 to 2,40,000 Anually (Negotiable)
Position Open For: Both Male & Female Candidates
Financial Management & Bookkeeping
-
Maintain day-to-day financial transactions, records, and ledgers.

Prepare balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and other financial reports.

Handle petty cash, billing, invoicing, and receipts.
Taxation & Compliance
-
Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and Income Tax returns.
-
Assist in audits and maintain compliance with statutory regulations.
-
Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities when required.
Payroll & Employee Accounts
-
Manage salary processing, deductions, and reimbursements.
-
Maintain employee-related financial records and statutory contributions (PF, ESI, etc.).
Budgeting & Financial Planning
-
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets.
-
Monitor expenses and suggest cost-saving measures.
Coordination & Reporting
-
Work closely with management to provide financial insights for decision-making.
-
Prepare MIS reports and submit financial updates to management on time.

Minimum Qualification: Graduate in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Experience: At least 2 years of prior experience as an Accountant.

Strong knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.

Familiarity with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.

Good communication and analytical skills.

Must have a two-wheeler with valid driving license (fuel charges for office work will be reimbursed).
Fuel charges reimbursed for official travel.
Office accommodation provided for candidates coming from outside Arunachal Pradesh.
