Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Accountant with strong expertise in Tally ERP to join our team. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing payroll, tracking financial transactions, handling statutory compliance, and assisting in performance record-keeping.
Key Responsibilities:-
Manage all accounting transactions using Tally ERP

Process monthly salaries of employees

Maintain and monitor accounts payable and receivable

Keep accurate records of employee performance for internal use

Ensure timely and accurate GST filing and online payments

Reconcile bank statements and prepare financial reports

Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors during audits

Proven work experience as an Accountant

Proficiency in Tally ERP software

Good knowledge of GST regulations and online tax payments

Familiarity with salary processing and payroll systems

Basic understanding of employee performance metrics

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
