Accountant Job in Eoddley Medical Pvt Ltd at Yelahanka, Bangalore

·        Handle end-to-end accounting and day-to-day bookkeeping.

·        Record sales, purchases, receipts, payments and journal entries.

·        Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.

·        Perform customer, vendor and inter-company transaction recording and reconciliation.

·        Prepare bank, ledger, GST, TDS and other account reconciliations.

·        Handle GST, TDS and other statutory compliance activities.

·        Maintain Fixed Asset Register and support inventory accounting.

·        Assist in monthly closing, provisions, accruals and MIS reporting.

·        Prepare receivable/payable ageing and other management reports.

·        Coordinate with auditors and provide audit schedules and supporting documents.

·        Maintain proper accounting records, invoices and supporting documentation.

·        Monitor outstanding balances and follow up for timely resolution.

·        Ensure accuracy, completeness and timely closure of books.

·        Identify accounting discrepancies and escalate unusual transactions to management.
