Job Description

Filing of GST returns (GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B) and can do GST compliances (Annual return, sale matching, matching 3B & 2B etc.) book keeping, accounting in tally and busy software, knowledge of MS word/excel and have basic computer knowledge.

Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to handle GST filings, bookkeeping, and financial record management. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Tally, Busy software, and MS Office with a strong understanding of GST compliance and general accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities

1. GST Filing & Compliance

Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B).
Manage GST compliances, including annual returns, sale matching, and reconciliation (3B & 2B matching).
Stay updated with GST rules and tax regulations.

2. Bookkeeping & Financial Record Maintenance

Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally & Busy software.
Record purchase, sales, expenses, and bank transactions accurately.
Conduct monthly bank reconciliations.

3. Taxation & Compliance

Assist in TDS calculations, deductions, and filings.
Ensure compliance with statutory payments and tax deadlines.
Support in preparing financial statements and audit documentation.

4. General Accounting & Reporting

Generate profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and tax reports.
Prepare and manage invoices, receipts, and payment records.
Use MS Word & Excel for financial data management and reporting.
