Job Description
- Responsible for generating and obtaining all Sale and Purchase Bills, Delivery Challans, relative Logistical records, preparing vouchers, data entering in computer system and record keeping.
- Day-to-day periodical reconciliation of Cash and Bank Accounts, individual Ledger Accounts of receivables and payable.
- Organizing /develop regular Cash flow and fund flow, follow-up of receivables and payables.
- Responsible for preparation of Trial Balance, Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet and providing other information and statement of the company.
- Responsible for maintenance of proper books of accounts and reconciliation of accounts with debtors and creditors.
- Keeping informed about current legislation relating to finance and accounting.
- Assisting management in the decision-making process by preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
